This Privacy Policy explains how Roll Call Africa Media Ltd (“Roll Call Africa”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use rollcallafrica.com (the “Site”) and the Roll Call Africa Intelligence Brief newsletter.

When you visit the Site:

We do not share your email address with advertisers, sponsors, or any third party.

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service you have requested or to comply with legal requirements.

Newsletter subscribers: We retain your email address for as long as your subscription is active. When you unsubscribe, we delete your address from our active list. Anonymised aggregate data may be retained for analytics purposes.

Contact enquiries: We retain correspondence for a period of two years, after which it is deleted unless there is a legal reason to retain it.

Web analytics: Aggregated, anonymised analytics data is retained indefinitely for editorial planning purposes.
